  • Rankin County School District

The Rankin County School District is home to nearly 19,500 students and around 3,000 employees, making it the third largest school district in Mississippi. Each year the quality of classroom instruction increases in rigor and quality, and we are honored to have more National Board Certified teachers than any other district in Mississippi. Thanks to a $178,000,000 bond issue passed by Rankin County voters in March of 2017, many schools in the Rankin County School District are being remodeled and reconstructed. We look forward to seeing progress across the district! Click here school attendance lines within the district.
